60 gr mesclun salad
4 eat lime dressing
put 3 parts olive oil and 1/2 part lime juice and 1/2 part water in a shaker

Now press the half tomato into a fan against your chef's knife and place it on your plate repeat this again and place on the plate the rounding of the plate with the tomato and cut thin equal slices of cucumber and place it against the tomato place the half avocado between the tomato and garnish with drops of lime dressing.
